Stop chasing investors. Start closing your round.
IRIS Vision Capital works with a select number of high-conviction founders to prepare, position, and represent them in front of the investors who are ready to write a cheque, right now.
Most founders waste 12 months on fundraising. You don't have 12 months.
Most founders spend months talking to investors who were never going to invest: wrong stage, wrong sector, wrong geography, wrong cheque size. Without insider knowledge, there is no way to know in advance.
Unsolicited decks get filed and forgotten. The investors who deploy real capital at your stage are not found in public directories. They are found through relationships, and those take years to build.
Even great companies miss raises because the narrative is off, the materials are weak, or the timing is wrong. Getting in the room is not enough. You need to be ready when you get there.
From onboarding to term sheet. Four stages, zero guesswork.
We assess your company, stage, materials, and raise target. If we can help, we take you on. If we can't, we tell you honestly what to fix first.
We sharpen your narrative, review your deck and data room, and build a targeted investor list, segmented by check size, sector, and conviction level.
We make warm, contextual introductions directly to the right investors. No mass emails. No generic outreach. Every intro comes with a personal recommendation from us.
We stay in the process, managing timelines, facilitating follow-ups, and helping you navigate due diligence through to a signed term sheet.
Everything a Series A startup gets from a top-tier investment bank.
A custom, prioritised investor list built around your raise, matched by cheque size, sector, geography, and current deployment appetite.
Direct, personal introductions to LPs, family offices, VCs, and angels who are actively looking at your stage and sector. Every intro is a real relationship.
We review your deck, one-pager, and data room, giving you direct feedback on what investors actually want to see at your stage.
We manage the pipeline, tracking conversations, coordinating follow-ups, and keeping your raise moving forward so it doesn't stall on admin.
As an IRIS client, you get access to the AETHER matchmaking platform, connecting you with a live community of verified investors and fund managers.
Invitations to our curated matchmaking sessions where vetted investors and founders meet in a structured, high-quality environment designed for real conversations.
Five packages. One clear path from unready to funded.
Every founder enters where they are today and moves up only when it makes sense. No bundles, no overlap: each package has its own stage, its own price, and its own outcome.

The commercial logic behind every package above:
- 1.Deck Check is free and genuinely useful, it is how most clients meet us.
- 2.Preparation work (Investor Ready Sprint, Capital Ready) is a fixed one-off fee, scoped up front. No success fee.
- 3.Live raising (Capital Raise Partner) is a monthly retainer, cancellable at the end of any cycle, plus a stage-based success fee: Pre-seed/Seed 5%, Series A 4%, Series B 3%, Series C+ 2%, large or institutional rounds negotiated.
- 4.Venture Strategy & Capital Mandate is scoped per mandate, with a negotiated transaction fee where IRIS is directly involved in generating the transaction.
- 5.We charge for the work. We only participate in the upside when we are directly involved in generating the transaction.
The network behind every introduction.
We have worked across funds and investment managers with a combined €975M+ in AUM and helped 100+ startups with revenue growth and fundraising. These relationships are your unfair advantage.
Common questions from founders.
We primarily work with growth-stage startups, companies that have validated their model, have some revenue or traction, and are raising their pre-seed through Series A. Pre-revenue companies are considered on a case-by-case basis if the team and market are exceptional.
Our strongest investor relationships are in fintech, proptech, climate/impact, and enterprise software. We also have active connections in infrastructure and health. We are sector-agnostic but will tell you honestly if your sector falls outside our strongest network.
Deck Check is free. Investor Ready Sprint (€950) and Capital Ready (€2,500) are fixed one-off fees for preparation work, scoped before we start, with no success fee. Capital Raise Partner is a monthly retainer from €3,500 for live raising, plus a stage-based success fee: 5% pre-seed/seed, 4% Series A, 3% Series B, 2% Series C+, negotiated for large or institutional rounds. Venture Strategy & Capital Mandate is scoped per mandate, with a negotiated transaction fee where IRIS is directly involved in generating the transaction. We charge for the work; we only participate in the upside when we are directly involved in closing it.
Timelines and terms.
Most mandates run 3 to 9 months depending on raise size and market conditions. We manage the process actively to avoid the common drag points: investor ghosting, due diligence delays, and term sheet negotiations that stall.
No. Our packages are priced as fixed fees or monthly retainers. Equity arrangements can be discussed for select early-stage mandates where a fee is not practical, but this is the exception rather than the rule and is negotiated case by case.
Engagements run month to month with a one-month minimum, billed monthly or annually. Annual billing carries a significant discount. You can cancel at the end of any billing cycle with 30 days' written notice, and we hand over your investor list, CRM, and materials.
Expect 2 to 3 hours a week from you: investor calls, timely follow-ups, and access to updated materials and data room. We guarantee the work, targeting, introductions, and process management, not the outcome. No advisor can guarantee a term sheet, and any who does is selling you something else.
